We hope that you love every piece you purchase from Curious Child but we do understand that sometimes you might change your mind. If you change your mind, or the product you received is not what you expected, please contact us within 7 days after receiving it before returning the item. We don't offer Exchange, if you would like to change the item for a different one or different size then you will have to place a new order. You have 14 calendar days to return the item after you received it. After 14 days we will be unable to refund you and can only offer you a store credit to use anytime ( up to 30 days of you receiving the items after that no store credit will be offered).
Please note, this does not apply to Sale items, Pre-order or personalised items as these can only be returned for a store credit that you can use anytime (return within 14 caendar days) Please note that it is a customer responsibility to cover the cost of the returns, unless the item is faulty or other arrangements have been made.
What if you Order is Not Received.
If you haven’t received your order within two weeks of ordering, please contact us immediately then we can look into resolving this for you ASAP. It is inpossible for us to track every order so if you don't get in touch we would assume you received it. Please note that we do keep proof of postage for all items that have been dispatched. If an item happens to get lost then the Royal Mail advise that a period of time must pass before this item is officially lost. Please double check the shipping address inputed when ordering is correct as this is the address which your order will be sent to and is therefore your responsibility. If your address is inputted incorrectly and your order has already been dispatched we are not liable for this and in no circumstances will we resend a replacement or refund the purchase.
If you don't contact us within 2 weeks and your order is for some reason returned back to us you will be liable for a postage cost again.
Please contact us within 3 weeks of your order date if your parcel hasn't arrived. After that time it could be returned back to us or it could be stuck at customs. You will be liable to pay all customs fee and if the parcel is returned to us after you failed to pay the customs or collect it on time it is your responsibility to pay for postage again.
Instructions for returning goods:
If you wish to make a return, send us an e-mail containing your name, address, the order number and the reason for return. Return the items within 7 days of the date of the notification. You are responsible for any damage incurred by items during the return shipment. We therefore strongly recommend that you send the products well packaged, in good condition and in their original box and/or packaging. Unless otherwise agreed upon, the refund will be processed through the same payment method you used to make your original purchase(minus the postage)If the product or packaging is used or damaged, we reserve the right to deduct any depreciation in value when refunding the product. Returns made after 14 calendar days will not be refunded.
