Curious Child is not taking the responsibility for lost or stolen parcels when the tracked service has been used. It is a customers responsibility to request the shipping update of their parcel. Customer is responsible to pay for any customs fees and if the parcel is sent back to us due to the customer not paying the fee or not collecting it on time, then customer will have to pay for us to send it back.
Moreover, Curious Child will not be hold responsible for delayed shipping that is outside of their control.
It is customers responsibility to return the unwanted items at their own cost.
