All domestic orders are shipped within 1-3 days depending on the service chosen.
International orders are shipped within 1-3 days and can take from 7-14 days to arrive depending on the destination
Customer is responsible to pay for returns.
Curious Child is not taking the responsibility for lost or stolen parcels when the tracked service has been used. It is a customers responsibility to request the shipping update of their parcel. Customer is responsible to pay for any customs fees and if the parcel is sent back to us due to the customer not paying the fee or not collecting it on time, then customer will incur a shipping charge for us to send it back.
Moreover, Curious Child will not be hold responsible for delayed shipping that is outside of their control.
